Custom Orders TOP Most of our products give you the option to personalize your items. Please contact me via email if you have questions or don't see what you want. Other options may be available.
Monogramming Marks TOP If you see a small blue mark on your item, it is a water soluble mark used for monogramming all items. We remove these marks from each and every item; however, they can sometimes reappear. Simply dab the mark with a damp Q-tip and the mark should disappear.
Shipping TOP You have a choice between USPS Priority Mail or First Class. Shipping rates are based on the total amount of your purchase (before taxes).
First Class shipments: up to $10.00 - $3.00 $10.01 to $30.00 - $8.00 $30.01 to $50.00 - $14.00 $50.01 to $100.00 - $22.00 $101.01 to $150.00 - $27.00 Over $150.00 - FREE
Priority Mail shipments: Up to $8.00 - $2.50 $8.01 to $20.00 - $5.00 $20.01 to $50.00 - $6.50 $50.01 to $90.00 - $8.50 $90.01 to $150.00 - 13.00 Over $150.00 - FREE
Local Pick-up TOP We are located in the Dallas/Frisco area. If you would like to pick up your item locally, please choose local pick-up during checkout under the shipping options and email us to arrange a pick up time.
Payment Type TOP We use Paypal for online services. If you live in Texas, taxes will be added to your order at checkout.
Process Time TOP If your item is in stock and is not personalized, it will be mailed in 1-2 business days. Custom personalized orders may take 1-2 weeks. If supplies need to be ordered, it sometimes takes up to seven days for me to receive them. If there will be a delay in shipping due to an item being out of stock, I will notify you via email.
Please NOTE: During the busy season, shipping times may not be guaranteed. Please take this into consideration if you are ordering and wish to receive items before the beginning of school or before Christmas.
Returns and Exchanges TOP Customer satisfaction if very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, please contact us at Ellen@elaborationsemb.com.
Please consider the following conditions: -Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving item -Non-personalized merchandise must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition in original packaging with all tags still securely attached. -The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for the return of the item. -We must receive an email from the customer prior to any returns. Please wait for instructions from us before you return an item. -Personalized items are custom made for you. Returns of personalized items will only be accepted for problems with manufacturing defects. Please fill out the order blanks carefully when ordering personalized items. All orders will be filled according to the information you enter and will not be accepted as a return if the personalized item matches the order form filled out by the customer.
Privacy Policy TOP We will keep all of your information confidential. Your payment information is not saved on our system at all and cannot be accessed. Your Email, name or phone number will NEVER be sold, rented, or exchanged.
